Cassy is a Trainee Solicitor at Kearney Law, currently completing her qualifying work experience alongside the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE), with an expected qualification date in 2027.

At Kearney Law, Cassy works across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland jurisdictions, assisting clients in a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence claims. She has particular experience in child injury matters, High Court litigation, and cases requiring a specialised understanding of cross-border procedures and legislation. Working under the guidance of Principal Solicitor Paul Kearney, she is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients while providing clear, practical, and compassionate legal advice throughout the claims process.

By way of background, Cassy graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She first joined Kearney Law Solicitors in the same year as a Paralegal, where she gained valuable experience handling a broad range of personal injury and medical negligence claims and developed a strong client-focused approach to legal practice.

Cassy subsequently spent a year in Perth, Australia, working as a litigation case manager with a national personal injury firm. During this time, she broadened her expertise and gained valuable exposure to complex litigation and high-value claims. Upon returning to Kearney Law in December 2025, she commenced her role as a Trainee Solicitor and has continued to build on her experience across a diverse range of contentious matters.

In addition to her legal practice, Cassy maintains strong relationships with local charities, supporting community initiatives and assisting clients who engage with these organisations. Her involvement reflects her commitment to ensuring legal support remains accessible to those who need it most.
