We keep your information only for as long as we need it. If you make an enquiry and we do not go on to act for you, we keep your details for as long as we need to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.

If we act for you, we keep your file after your case ends for as long as the law and the Law Society of Ireland’s rules require, and for as long as we may need it to answer any question or complaint about our work. We then delete or securely destroy it.

How we protect your information

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information:

• Where needed to run your claim, with medical experts, barristers, the Injuries Resolution Board, the other party and their insurers or solicitors, anyone providing insurance or funding for your claim, and the courts.
