Kearney Law has been appointed the Foundation for Infant Loss's exclusive legal panel member for the whole of Ireland. We shared the news at the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week in October 2026.
The Foundation for Infant Loss supports families affected by pregnancy and infant loss, and trains the professionals who work with bereaved parents.
What does the partnership involve?
As the Foundation's legal panel member, our team takes part in its training on maternity safety and trauma-informed communication. We'll also work with the Foundation on awareness campaigns through the year, starting with Baby Loss Awareness Week.
